Baader 28mm Hyperion Fine Tuning Ring With 2 Inch Outer Diameter is a lightweight and reliable tuning ring which is compatible with Baader Hyperion eyepieces. Baader planetarium 28mm Hyperion fine tuning ring will allow you to easily change the focal length of your Hyperion eyepiece. With 2’’ Outer Diameter and threaded M48 on each side, they can be installed in-between the Hyperion's removable front element and main body. The Baader 28mm Hyperion fine tuning ring is made to match the Hyperion finish and are fully internally sharp v-threaded and blackened to eliminate stray light reflections from the internal surfaces. It also allows use of 2’’ filters with Hyperion which is not possible sometime with any other 1.25’’ eyepiece. This fine tuning ring can be easily install and remove. 2" outer diameter and threaded M48 (filter thread) on each end, so they can be installed in-between the Hyperion's removable front negative element and main body

Note: Baader 24mm Hyperion Eyepiece will not accept the Fine Tuning Rings due to a difference in optical design
