Baader Hyperion 31mm Aspheric Eyepiece is a lightweight and durable eyepiece that offers Phantom group multi-coatings and thorough internal baffling that produce an extremely bright and high contrast view that is free of scatter. The ultra-wide 72º field of view of this eyepiece are extremely flat and without distortion, and are virtually free of angular magnification distortion. The aspheric correction of an optical system such as the Hyperion Aspheric corrects these numerous imaging errors. The sharpness is maintained over the entire image field and the distortion is reduced to a minimum. Moreover, the eyepiece can be made much more compact and lighter.
