Baader Silica Gel With Colour Indicator : The silica gel beads are perfect for protecting scope or optical accessories from damaging moisture. During transportation, or storage, under some conditions moisture can build up inside expensive optics, while this is a perfectly natural occurance, it can spell disaster for equipment. Simply adding some of these crystals in with equipment will offer some protection and give you a good indication on moisture levels. The crystals will turn from orange to clear, steadily, to indicate to what level the product is saturated with moisture. The best part is that these beads are fully reusable, simply pour into a porcelain dish and place in an oven at 150 degrees for 5 hours and they will be ready to use again.
