The DN55 is resistant to bright light
exposure and in excess of a threshold level of illumination the current
supply to image tube is stopped to protect the valuable image tube. The
Pulsar Forward fits on to the front optical bell of a day telescopic
sight using a specially designed metal mounting assembly. These
assemblies are available in various diameters and each has a set of
reducing rings. The rings can be used as necessary depending on the
diameter of the optical bell for a precise fit. The adapter is
permanently attached to the optical bell of a telescopic sight, enabling
the Pulsar Forward DN55 attachment to be quickly installed when
required. When the attachment is not used, the adapter accommodates a
protective cap that covers the lens of an optical sight in the daytime.
The DN55 mount requires approximately 8mm clearance between the scope
and barrel, and fits most scopes with 42mm to 56mm objective lenses,
using the correct adaptor ring. The Forward DN55 is equipped with a
video output for recording video in real time. The night vision is
excellent for observation, security, video recording at night & day and
much more. Metal body and plastic filled with carbon able it to
withstand heavy impact , moisture and dust, allowing use in extreme
conditions. |
