The sophisticated Celestron Advanced Biological Microscope 1000x offers today's latest technologies, including electric LED lighting that provides bright, natural illumination while staying cool to the touch. With an included 10x eyepiece and 4 objective lenses (4x, 10x and 40x, 100x), magnifications ranging from 40x to 1000x can be achieved. The 360° rotatable monocular head offers ease of viewing from any angle. This microscope provides perfect illumination with the help of Abbe condenser and iris diaphragm, which allow to control and concentrate light on slide. The mechanical stage has knobs to control both X and Y axes for easy centering of slides. Coarse and fine focusing knobs provide more control while viewing very tiny specimens. An all-metal construction offers years of optimal performance. All the optics are coated to reduce the flare and to ensure the maximum light transmission. The illuminator runs on 3 AA batteries that can be ordered separately. Optionally, this microscope can also be powered with an AC adapter (Optional). Five prepared slides, three filters (Blue, green, and yellow) and immersion oil are included along with the microscope. |
