MRC UV Haze Filter:
B+W 67mm E F-Pro Digital 010 MRC UV Haze Filter is a general use, clear filter
that is designed to absorb ultraviolet light and reduce the bluish cast of
daylight. Aside from the reduction of unwanted blue casts, no additional
coloration or contrast is created, and adjustments to exposure are not required
while using this filter. Each glass surface includes one layer of
anti-reflection coating prevent internal ghosting and reflections while
providing over 98% light transmission.
B+W filters are constructed from Schott glass for increased optical clarity and
color fidelity. This filter features an F-Pro brass filter ring for durability
as well as jamming prevention. This UV filter is also useful as a general
protective filter to leave on lenses at all times. Such filters help to reduce
dust and moisture from reaching your front lens element and provide additional
protection in case of drops or situations where scratching could occur. This
filter can be attach and detach easily.

Ideal for photography in high altitudes (in the mountains), by the sea and in
regions with very clean air The pictures gain brilliance and disturbing blue
casts are avoided, because the glass is colourless, colour rendition is not
altered, aside from the elimination of the unwanted blue cast, and no increase
in exposure is required
That makes a UV Filter very suitable as protection of the front element of the
taking lens against dust, flying sand, sea water spray and the like, and it can
