Canon BG-E2N battery
grip for 20D 30D and 40D and 50D digital cameras
The Canon BG-E2N grip
is the successor of
B-E2. The enhanced grip is
weather-resistant and proposed to be matched with the weatherproof
Canon EOS-40D. The
BG-E2N battery grip is also reverse
compatible with the
Canon 30D and
Canon 20D. The battery grip can take
one or two BP-511 batteries to make the shooting capacity double compared with
the battery power of the Canon EOS 40D alone. The
Canon BG-E2N also accepts six AA
batteries with an optional tray. The
Canon BG-E2N grip offers high-volume shooting and easier vertical
shooting. The Canon BG-E2N
has new advanced sealing material around the battery compartment to superiorly
resist water and dust.

I'm unable to review the product as yet as it was a present for my son who is home for Christmas and doesn't have his camera with him.
As far as Microglobe is concerned, this is the first time I've used them and have found the service excellent. The site was easy to use and once the order was placed I was kept informed of its progress by email at every stage. The product arrived on schedule and was very well packed and addressed.
I cannot fault the sevice and would certainly use them again.
