website are subject to these terms and conditions. By
purchasing products on this website you agree to be bound
by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to
change these terms and conditions at any time, and you
are bound by the version available on the site at the
date of purchase.

Your representations
You represent and warrant that you
are at least 18 years old and have the legal right and
ability to enter into this agreement and to use any debit
or credit card used to purchase goods or services on this
site. You also warrant that all information you have
provided is accurate and true.
Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card
fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All
credit card numbers are encrypted on your computer using
128 bit encryption before being transmitted over the
internet. They are only decrypted after they reach our
server.
Prices
All prices stated on the website are inclusive of
VAT, but exclusive of delivery costs, except where
stated. All prices are subject to product availability.
Payment
Where payment is made by credit or debit card,
you authorise us to debit your card with the total cost
of the products selected plus VAT and delivery costs.
Any refunds made in respect of returns or cancellation
will be made to the same card. If your card cannot be
verified or is any way unacceptable, the order will be
cancelled immediately.
Title
Title to the product passes at the time of despatch
from our warehouse. We are not liable for any loss or
damage caused during delivery.
Liability
We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of
business or other consequential, special or indirect loss
arising out of the use of any product purchased from this
site. All implied warranties and undertakings are
excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Shipping method and cost
We use Royal Mail as a method of delivery.
The cost for most of the items is £7 for UK main land.
Manufacturer Fault
In case of manufacturer fault customer should send the product back to us. We will service/ replace or refund the customer. We will also refund the amount the customer pays for sending the item back to us.
