Celestron RSR Tripod Adapter is a heavy-duty RSR Binocular Tripod Adapter that allows you to mount your binoculars onto a tripod or other support system to eliminate arm fatigue and greatly improve stability without hand-shake or other vibrations that can interfere with the viewing experience.
It has a 1/4"-20 stud with an elongated thumbscrew for tool-free installation on your binocular, and a 1/4"-20 mount for the tripod. For an enhanced viewing experience, the RSR, or Reflex Sight Rail, is included. The RSR attaches to the top of the adapter to accommodate a red-dot or reflex sight, such as the Celestron StarPointer Pro or StarPointer finderscope. Adding a reflex sight makes locating objects in either the sky or the field faster so users can spend more time viewing their subjects rather than searching for them.
