Designed for computerised Sky-Watcher mounts, the StarSense AutoAlign from Celestron uses a camera to take images of the stars. Once the desired image of the star is captured, it compares it with its 40,000+ image database. Both the hand control and StarSense camera plug into the included Interface Box. Then it fits into the hand control port of the Sky-Watcher mount. This technique allows the user to install it quickly and get observation even faster than before.
It is built with database similar to the Sky-Watcher's SynScan so don,t worry about database. The StarSene automatically align your telescope with your desired star completing the observation in minuits. It features two cross hairs. The first one is blue which shows where the telescope is pointing. The other one is white which shows the object you have selected.
