Celestron X-Cel 2x LX Barlow Lens: is a high quality lens that offers an easy and economical way to increase the magnification range of the eyepiece. Celestron X-Cel LX 2x Barlow Lens doubles the magnification of all 1.25" eyepieces. The lens is beneficial to achieve high-power viewing of the moon and planets, double stars and even close-up views of terrestrial subjects. The lens consists of 3-element fully-multicoated optical design and blacked lens edges that help reduce glare and increased contrast.

For better handling and holding of the lens, brass compression ring is provided. Rubber grip and hard black anodized finish with orange ring provides a secure and non-slip hold and protects the eye piece from any accidental damage.
