super-fast start-up time of 1.8 seconds.
The Fujinon 24x optical zoom, 24-576mm wide angle zoom lens gives you the
flexibility to shoot close-up or super telephoto, capturing distant subjects
with ease. The lenses Super EBC coating - the same process used for Fujinon
broadcasting video lenses and large format pro cameras reduces ghosting and lens
flare, for clean, crisp images. The abovementioned 24x zoom also utilizes a
42-step electronic powered zoom control for smooth transitions. Furthermore, in
macro, the lens can capture subjects as close as 2cm (0.7"). Dual Image
Stabilization is the combination of high sensitivity and CCD shift image
stabilization that works to remove blurred photos by freezing action and
minimizing blurs at maximum zoom range. The FinePix S4200 offers the flexibility
of framing your shots through the crisp, clear electronic viewfinder. As well to
improved visibility in bright daylight, the bright EVF accommodates a
traditional shooting style, making it straightforward to steady the camera, even
when shooting with the 24x zoom completely extended.
The 3.0-inch large, bright LCD display makes it simple to compose great photos.
