It features fully multi-coated on all glass to air surfaces that gathers more light and delivers bright, crisp images with a small body size. It is purged with nitrogen to resist internal fogging and also water proof to IPX Class 5 to perform well in all kind of weather conditions. With its 12x magnification, it allows you to view the scene closely and clearly.
The large size 50mm objective lenses increases light transmission and offers viewing even in low light conditions. The twist-up eyecups position your eyes at the perfect distance from the ocular lenses for a full field of view.
For long observation it can be mounted on tripod with the help of optional adapter especially for birding and general observation. 16mm eye relief allow user to view entire 4.9 degrees field of view clearly and comfortably even with or without spectacles.
It has rubber armoured body that protect it from any damage and gives an extra protection against any shock. It had a soft carrying case, eyepiece rain guard and neck strap to keep the binocular safe during long traveling without any worry.

I have previously had a pair of Helios 10 x 42 close focus binoculars and I was generally impressed As a result I decided to take a chance on the Nitrosport 12 x 50 as they are quite cheap but I have to say I am not disappointed they are quite sharp and the quality is not bad.
There is a little blue fringing against a high contrast background but most of the time it is not noticeable. I have a pair of ED lens binoculars and I was expecting the Helios 12 x 50 to be obviously poorer performance but in fact apart from slightly lower contrast the 12 x 50 hold up up well in comparison.
