Lightweight and robust designed which is constructed from magnesium alloy which gives greater strength. Helios Lightquest-HR 20x80 Binocular is suitable for medium to long range terrestrial and astronomical observations. It features high-index BAK-4 Porro Prisms and fully broadband multi-coated optical components having anti-reflective properties which assures an average of 90% light transmission. The advanced (8 elements in 5 groups eyepiece) presents oversized eye lens elements for comfortable viewing while also correcting the images.
It is Nitrogen Purged to resist internal fogging and is also (IPX7 standard, 0.5m depth for 30 minutes) class water-proof to function well during raining. The large 80mm objective lens allows larger field of view which is useful in easily spotting you targets without significant movements. It also features an individual eyepiece focusing (IF) system which allows instant object focusing. Its rubber armoured body is slip-resistant & allows firm grip. The fold down-rubber eye cups and the long 16mm eye relief allows comfortable viewing for users while they are wearing glasses.
