Hoya 55mm Close-Up +3 Diopters Filter feature multi-coating applied on surface
to ensure maximum light transmission and improver over all image quality. The
maximum magnification achieved with these attachments will depend on the focal
length of the lens as well as the actual close focusing capability of that
particular lens. It allows the lens to go closer to the subject than before and
to achieve a larger image scale. Depth-of-field is shallow so use as small an
aperture as possible. Also provides protection against scratches, moisture,
dust, dist and other damages to the front lens element.
