Hoya 72mm PRO-1 Digital ND64 Filter: The Hoya 72mm Pro1 Digital ND64 Filter is a dark neutral density filter with a factor of 64, giving a 6-stop light reduction. This is a great filter for reducing shutter speeds to capture motion such as in water, foliage or people. For example, in bright daylight the slowest shutter speed possible without a filter could be 1/60 sec at f/22. By adding the Hoya Pro1 ND64 neutral density filter, the 6 stop reduction in light means a shutter speed of 1 sec would be possible. Another use of the ND64 would be controlling depth of field.
