Slide Connector is a lightweight and durable IR Illuminator which is a long
range laser illuminator. It is the most powerful
IR illuminator and provides
perfect circle of infrared light beam up to 500m away when used with
Generation-3 night vision. The LN-EIR-1 is built from lightweight materials,
which makes it lighter and stronger than other versions. It provides smooth
brightness adjustment from 0.5mW to 120mW, beam-width adjustment from 3 to 6
degrees and X/Y position adjustment. Two-level illumination switch provides high
and low illumination modes and allows user to customize the viewing field to the
most comfortable level. The illuminator is compatible with any Gen-1, Gen-2(2+)
and Gen-3 night vision unit and provides an adjustable uniform beam of infrared
light, useful for situations where the amount of ambient light is not sufficient
to see clearly. It emits invisible laser radiation, which can only be perceived
with a night vision device. It is not noticed by humans and animals by observing
with a high wavelength of 850nm. It comes with the belt carry pouch and the beam
adjustment tool. The laser IR illuminator features slide connector which is used
for direct attachment to the rail.
