Marumi 58mm DHG Super Circular Polariser Filter is specifically designed for use with digital SLR cameras. The filter removes unwanted reflections from non-metallic surfaces such as water or glass and also saturate colours providing better contrast.
The circular polarizer helps make a blue sky more bluer as well as making clouds stand out. The effect can be seen through the viewfinder and changed by rotating the filter. The filter factor varies according to how the filter is rotated and its orientation to the sun. Ultra-low reflection coating of Marumi 58mm minimize flare and ghost.

Customer Reviews on Marumi 58mm DHG Super Circular Polariser Filter£36.41
As I already have a 77mm version of this filter I knew what I was getting and I wasn t disappointed. These Marumi CP Filters work very well and are great value in my opinion. To be honest I have no experience of any other brand of CP Filter so I m not in a position to compare but they work for me. I would probably have gone the Hoya route until I read the Lenstip comparative review in which the Marumi came top and did better than filters costing more than twice as much.
During a recent trip around a wildlife park I took some photos of fish in a pond and was amazed at just how much surface reflection I could block with the Marumi CP Filter by rotating it to the optimum position. Yes there is a small reduction of light through the lens but these filters are most useful in sunny conditions so it s easy enough to deal with. Trees and foliage seem to especially benefit from using a CP Filter in these conditions.
Each to his own but these will do for me.
Well done as described arrived quickly - that s it
