Nikon 20x56 Monarch 5 Binocular (Black): The high magnification binocular features a weather-sealed housing and durable construct that is equipped with high-transmission optics that delivers the high image quality and reliability that is the characteristic of Monarch series binoculars from Nikon. Equipped with heavy rubber armoring, that facilitate the handling and protection against shock. The series incorporated eco friendly premium glass optics that is made of lead and arsenic-free, extra-low dispersion (ED) glass elements, which efficiently transmit light through the optical channel and maximize image brightness and contrast. Multicoated roof prisms render a luminous view that is packed with detail and contrast across the 59.9° apparent view.

The large size objective lens delivers bright images over higher magnification. The feature is desired at low light conditions. The multi-layer dielectric mirror prism coating maximizes light reflected through the eyepieces. Phase-corrective prism coating aligns the incoming wavelengths of light and preserves color fidelity as well as sharpness. This range of optical technologies allows the Monarch 5 binocular to produce lifelike colors and impressive brightness in twilight hours and in low light conditions. The binocular with stands against the heavy rain or extreme humidity due to its water proof construction. Nitrogen filling prevents the internal lens from fogging.

Twist-up eyecups with multiple click-stop positions and a 16mm eye relief that permits a comfortable viewing distance even for eyeglass wearers. Rubberized center focus wheel facilitates the focus.
