The Nikon 80-400mm
f4.5-5.6D ED AF VR is a compact lens andhas lightweight 5x telephoto zoom with
Vibration Reduction. VR operation offers the equivalent of using a shutter
speed three stops (eight times) faster in
Nikon 80-400mm VR Lens. Vibration Reduction (VR) is
automatically detected during panning operation with two modes of VR i.e:
Image plane and Viewfinder. VR for the viewfinder is cancelable to save
battery power. Nikon 80-400mm VR F4.5-5.6D Lens has Three
(Extra Low Dispersion) ED glass elements to ensure higher optical presentation
and high contrast even at maximum apertures. In Nikon 80-400mm VR Lens
the filter does not rotate during zooming due to Inner Focus System
(IF), in which the lens components move inside the lens and the length of the
lens remain unchanged. Nikon 80-400mm VR lens employs 9-blade rounded
diaphragm achieves a natural blur for out-of-focus elements.
VR operation is compatible with the
Nikon D, D1 & D2-series digital SLR Cameras. It works with film
cameras like F6, F5, F100, F80, F75, F65, cameras.
