Opticron DBA Oasis 8x42 Binocular is compact Roof prism binocular which offers high quality performance to professional birdwatchers and wildlife enthusiasts at very reasonable prices. It is lightweight construction which is easy to carry while travelling. It is constructed on basis of an O-ring-sealed, nitrogen-purged, and lightweight alloy chassis to make it waterproof and fogproof optic.
Opticron DBA Oasis 8x42 Binocular is shielded with a rugged armour for protection against scratches, shocks and to give a firm hold whenever nature challenges your grip. It is totally waterproof/fogproof as is Nitrogen purged O-ring sealed structure such that it can be used in rain, fog, mist or humidity with great comfort. Opticron 8x42 DBA Oasis Binocular features high quality Roof prisms supplied with Oasis and phase correction coatings for improved sharpness and high contrast. New S-type multi-layered lens coatings help to achieve extremely high level of clarity & colour contrast in a variety of light conditions. It is this feature that Opticron 8x42 is taken an ideal choice for perfect observation even in dim lights (dusk or dawn).
Opticron 8x42 DBA Oasis Binocular incorporates long eye relief to facilitate spectators to enjoy comfortable viewing all the time. While user-friendly slide-and-lock rubber eye cups allow users with and without glasses to easily share the same binocular. Focusing system is enhanced by Internal focusing controls that allow precise, smooth adjustments. Durable alloy 3 stage locking rotating retractable eyecups are designed with ‘click stop’ dioptre adjustments for great accuracy and speed.
One of the additional feature of Opticron DBA 8/42 Oasis Binocular is tripod stand adaptability for convenient focusing during long period of observation. Far away objects can be focused with fine details with close focusing distance of 2.2meters.
