I have been very pleased with this pair of binoculars. A good clear bright view through the optics easy to handle but I agree with other reviewers that the lense caps are far too loose and do not fit the shape of the lenses.

An excellent deal from Microglobe for one of the classic porro-prism binoculars. At this price you cannot go wrong with binoculars that are as good as anything more than twice the price. Rugged good in the hands and incredibly sharp and bright images perfect for Astronomy and excellent as an all round pair that you can take anywhere without worrying about damaging easily.

I own a few binoculars but these are amazing and have a wow factor that even surpasses my Pentax 7x50 which I always thought were the best binocs under £500 I ve used. Prior to buying these I tried a few "highly regarded" binoculars from Nikon Heliosport etc but none of them stood out as an improvement on what I own and I began to wonder how they gained such excellent reviews; I suppose it depends on what else you compare them with.

Excellent binoculars. Well pleased.

The bad, stiff focus wheel, and the good, everything else ok some might moan about the narrow view but not me these things make the Nikon EX, Bushnell Legend, Opticron Imagics look like cheap junk.
I own or have owned all of the above so I can compare them and beleave me they really are that good, the only bino I own that can match the PCF WP II is Opticron badged HR WP. and then they cost twice as much.
The fit and finish is just way out in front of anything on the UK market, the optics are as good as the HRWP 8x42 and that bino is one of the best porro's ever made.

Very good binoculars for the price I thought , my only gripe was the lens caps , although well made they dont stay on very well and could easily be lost etc
But thats a minor complaint
