OUR STORY

Established in 1994

Thomas Jacks Ltd was registered as a company in 1994. Family owned and run, we own all of our premises, stock and equipment — so we are both financially safe and physically very secure. We plan on being around for a long time to come.

In-Depth Knowledge of the UK Market

In our almost three decades of experience, we’ve gained in-depth knowledge of consumers, the trade, and also the best routes to market. We’re experienced in establishing new brands and generating growth for existing brands.

Quicker Supply to Dealers & Consumers

Utilising our expertise, capabilities, and facilities, allows us to remove the impact of long international lead times, costs, and MOQs; meaning we can place goods into both dealers’ and consumers’ hands much faster.

Dedicated Sales & Marketing Teams

Supporting both the brands we represent and the dealers we supply, we cover digital and printed advertising, social media, and video production. We attend all of the well-known consumer and professional user shows in the UK, and run many demo evenings at which users can get hands-on with a wide range of products.

Pre & Post Sales Support

Thomas Jacks may be a trade-only company, but we are always more than happy to speak to your customers to make sure they are getting the right product for their needs — offering meetings and demonstrations in our Stratford-upon-Avon showroom. Please note, however, that these meetings are by appointment only.

Comprehensive Dealer Network

We have a network of over 1000 trusted dealers spanning the length and breadth of the United Kingdom, across a wide range of industries and market sectors. We are even growing relationships with many customers in the EU and beyond, and don’t intend to slow down anytime soon, with plans to keep expanding.

Outstanding UK Technical Support

With our dedicated in-house support team, we can test all and repair/service most equipment. We strive to meet and exceed the demands of our customers, and this extends to every detail — so we invest heavily in all aspects of support and service. Our technical support staff regularly receive training from the brands we represent.

Reliable Stockholding

With a large warehouse based in Stratford-upon-Avon, in the heart of the Midlands, we hold a substantial quantity of stock across each and every one of the brands we distribute, in order to provide our consumer and trade customers with a reliable supply of the latest products.

Confidential, Discrete & Secure

Thomas Jacks is committed to protecting the confidence placed in us. Every piece of  information is handled appropriately to maintain trust and integrity, and to safeguard your privacy. Registered under Data Protection, we also have significant physical, electronic, and managerial measures in place to protect and secure all information and property.
