Sigma merely launched the new optical function enabled Sigma 18-125mm HSM OS DC Len, which is a high ratio zoom lens. The lens for new Sigma 18-125mm is "H.S.M.","O.S.","D.C." Lens. It is designed for D-SLR cameras with high zoom ratio. The is reduced weight, delivered in compact size for easy handling offers superb image quality. Sigma 18-125mm has addition function the Sigmas defacto "Optical Stabilizer" function. The O.S. function make use of 2 sensors inside the lens. The OS sensrs detects the horizantal and vertical movement and recover it by moving an optical lens group called image stabilizing lens group to cover up the movement. The new lens is ideal for telephoto_,close_up_and_wideangle photography. It incorporates "S.L.D." lens elements, an aspherical lens, and 2 hybrid a-spherical lenses for handling of different all_types_of aberrations.
