Sky-Watcher SynScan V.5 Updateable Handset: It is for V.2, V.3, V.4 and V.5 (or later) owners or those wishing to upgrade the EQ6 SynTrek and HEQ5 SynTrek mounts to full SynScan specification.
The V5 features such as: Firmware-updateability via the internet, pointing accuracy enhancement (PAE) and ability to store star alignment, capability to store star alignment data and accepts GPS Mouse.
This V5 handset can be added to the SynTrek or Virtuoso mounts enabling full GOTO computerised functions simply by plugging it in.
