Skywatcher Explorer-130M EQ2 Motorised Newtonian Reflector Telescope feature 130mm quality main mirror with a plenty of light grasp to see a wide variety of objects from the Moon and Planets to distant galaxies and nebulae. It is supplied with four carefully selected magnifications as standard, a red dot finder for easy object location and a tracking motor. The tracking capability means this telescope will not only keep objects in the eyepiece but it can be used for astro imaging, simply add a T-ring and connect your DSLR or one of our smartphone adapters to use a phone camera. With 900mm focal length it is easier to get higher magnifications which are needed to view the planets well. with the addition of a motor drive system with handset that allows you to track objects in the night sky. More than capable of revealing fine detail on the Planets along with deep sky objects such as galaxies nebulae this fine instrument offers excellent performance and real affordability.
