The eyepiece is excellent to study deep sky and planetary objects. The eyepiece works well with Newtonian, Refractor or Catadioptric telescopes that support 1.25" eyepieces. The proven 4-element Plossl design delivers edge to edge blackened elements for high contrast. The skywatcher SP series eyepieces minimise spherical aberration, distortion, astigmatism and off-axis colour. The oversize optical elements offers the observer eye relief. The eyepiece offers a wide 52º field of view and offers a 25mm focal length. Stray light is eliminated by the fold back rubber eyecups
