quality. The legs are made from high quality all-metal featuring leg locking
system to provide stability to the Tripod when operating with heavy cameras. The
locking rings are texture grip finished that make it easy for you to operate the
Tripod. The centre column of this Tripod feature geared elevation that has the
property to elevate the head smoothly. It has the ability to support a maximum
load of 12 pounds.
One of the characteristic that have made the Slik Master Classic Tripod such a durable
legend with photographers worldwide is its head. The 2-way pan head has
conventional all-metal structure with effortless strong single handle procedure.
When liberated, the head can shift in two paths, it tilt up and down and pan
left or right. The stress of movement can be fine-tuned by rotating the release
lever a little to match the weight of the camera and lens being used.
The camera mounting plate, while not removable, has a small release lever on one
side that allows the mount plate to rotate and lock down at any point. The
camera mount placement is spring-loaded and can be adjusted by revolving the
tension lever to match the tread depth of the lens or camera being used. This
permits for safer mounting of heavy apparatus on the head.
