Tokina EOS-Fit 12-24mm F4 lens gives
and ultra wide zoom lens equivalent of an 18-36mm zoom range on a 35mm film
camera while maintaining a bright constant aperture of f4 throughout the zoom
range.
Built in fast internal focusing with Tokina's
One-Touch focus clutch mechanism allows the lens to focus faster and switching
between auto and manual focus is as easy as snapping the focus ring back and
forth.

with ultra-wide angle lenses.

Tokina used chrome plated brass mount plate and all-metal zoom unit for this
lens. This can stand up to regular use while advanced polycarbonate outer lens
barrels reduce the weight of the lens, making it a easy to carry.

This is an excellent quality lens ideal for landscape photography. Very fast automatic focusing motors and user friendly switching between manual and automatic focusing. The filter diameter identical to 70-200 mm lenses sigma/cannon so you save on additional filters.
I have been using this lens with Cannon 350D for more than 5 years. This second lens is a replacement for a damaged one which I badly compromised lens/camera fell from my backpack on a hard surface . After the fall I have been using it the damaged lens for good 1 year before making a move for replacement.
