Velbon C-500 video tripod is a black
colour with a 2-way pan head. The pan head has a long handle which lock the head
in four different positions. The tripod head is non-removable and comes
complete with a quick release plate. The quick release
plate assists the photographer in mounting the camera correct on the
tripod head.
The bubble level located in the head section help you in taking horizontally as
well as vertically aligned images. The centre column of Velbon C-500 video
tripod has a geared elevator for soft and excellent height modification of
the head.
Each leg has three sections. The legs are linked to the centre column through
radial leg braces for maximum stability and handy leg adjustment.
The legs of Velbon C-500 video tripod are assembled with high class
aluminium alloy, which gives steadfastness to the tripod when operated
with heavy video cameras. The legs feature strong grip leg locks which add
stability to the tripod.
All the three sections of each leg open up to attain a maximum height of 152 cm
and close down to 62 cm. The tripod can be adjusted to a minimum height
of 60 cm for close to ground or macro work. The multi
angle leg locks make it easy to use the tripod on uneven surfaces.
