It is ideal for photographic equipment on the move. The unit comes complete with the Velbon QHD-43 Ball Head
, which incorporates two spirit levels for accuracy of use.
The Ultra Series features the patented Trunnion Shaft System (TSS) in legs.
which means each leg extends the entire inside length of the outer leg casing, making the tripod extremely compact when folded. They also feature Velbon's Twist Lock leg system which means a simple quick twist and pull of the leg, allows you to extend each leg in one movement; a second twist, locks the leg. An extremely tough table top tripod which is ideally suited to macro photograph The tripod can be used in full low angle, semi low angle and standard angle positions as the centre column unscrews and detaches.
