The legs of Velbon Ultra Maxi Mini Tripod feature patented Trunnion Shaft System (TSS) that allows fast and easy
setup. Each leg section of the tripod extends the entire inside
length of the outer leg-section making it very small when closed. The legs also
feature twist locks for the leg sections. The first twist opens the leg section
and the other twist locks the leg.
The legs of Velbon Ultra Maxi Mini Tripod have the ability to adjust at full-low
angle, semi-low angle and standard angle position. The centre column of the tripod is detachable that
enable the tripod to adjust to a minimum
height of 14 cm. This minimum height make it a perfect tripod for close to
ground or macro work. The 5-section legs attain a maximum height of 48.1 cm and
folds down to a very small size that is 19.9 cm.
Velbon Ultra Maxi Mini Tripod comes with a Ball head that feature a quick
release. With the quick release system, placing the camera on the tripod
head become an easy task. The ball movement and the horizontal rotation of the head
can be controlled with a single knob located on one side of the head.
