Yukon Advanced Optics 940nm IR Illuminator is a covert 940nm IR flashlight that is invisible to the naked eye. Only visible to digital Night vision. It is designed to enhance the visibility of night vision devices. The power is adjusted by simply rotating the wheel on the top of the body next to the On button.
It also allows to fine tune the beam's intensity to perfectly augment the outside ambient light conditions and to preserve some of the battery's life. It features IR flashlights that allow spot position to be corrected in the field of view horizontally and vertically. The focusable lens allows operators to adjust the beam from spot to flood illumination.
The narrow beam of light makes longest possible viewing distance. This Yukon IR flashlight is equipped with a mount adaptable for weaver rail available in most modern night vision rifle scopes and optical units. It is ideal for hunting and searching at night. It also includes an adapter that allows flashlight to be attached to night vision units with a ¼ inch tripod mount.

Microglobe offered the best price on the net and shipping was fast. The Yukon illuminator is superb for medium range night hunting and being in the 940nm spectrum it does not spook your quarry. It’s lightweight yet robust and simple to use with good battery life. Of all the IR Illuminators I have this is my favourite.
