The heart of the riflescope is an infrared biased CMOS digital sensor. This sensor amplifies low ambient light, making the Yukon Photon night vision RT less dependent on IR light than many other budget night vision systems. The image brightness has different levels of adjustments that offer better usage of the riflescope according to the environment.
An inbuilt infrared illuminator in Yukon Photon RT Night Vision Riflescope with brightness settings produces a very clean image when used in extreme darkness. The colour of the reticle of Yukon Photon Night Vision RT can be selected to display as red, green, or white, depending on the prevailing conditions. It produced an excellent contrast and resolution images that makes it an ideal for viewing the game at the dark time hunting. The Yukon Photon night vision RT scope operates on 4x AA batteries with excellent battery life. The riflescope can be used on heavy recoiling rifles.
