The Baader RGB 1¼"CMOS-optimized R-Filter is ideal from f/15 to f/1.8 and comes with 1¼" (28,5 mm) filter thread. The anti-reflection coatings of RGB filter enhance the transmission to a very high level while reducing stray light and reflections. Thanks to the balanced RGB design that enables subframes to be taken with the same exposure time, which is extremely important for automated imaging tasks.

Furthermore, this CMOS-optimized R-Filter is reflex-blocker hard coated and planeoptically polished with sealed coating edges (Life-Coat) for to eliminate halos, even under the most adverse conditions concerning aux-optics. Additionally, it features blackened edges all around, with filter-lead-side-indicator in the form of a telescope-sided black outer rim. Its R-filter is optimized for modern CMOS cameras but likewise excellent for CCD camera technologies as well. Mounted in Baader Low Profile Filter Cell (LPFC) – 6-mm height.
