These filters deliver best performance between f/1.8 and f/3.5 which shows a great improvement as compare to any regular set of narrowband filters which causes a heavy loss in transmission due to the strong center wavelength. Despite of the typical line broadening with fast optical trains they are able to deliver maximum contrast. These filters allow you to use fast optics effectively with high contrast emission nebulae imaging.
