Baader RASA 8" UFC S70 Telescope Adaptor:
The RASA 8 has a small amount of back focus of only 29mm (25mm with the included T and C adaptors). As such, if you wish to use filters and be able to swap them easily using a filter drawer, some cameras with deep flange-to-sensor distances will not work.
The new S70 UFC adaptor for the Celestron RASA 8 telescope is the latest addition to the Baader Universal Filter Changer (UFC) family. Its small optical height of only 1.4mm and direct connection to the lens assembly housing allows popular cameras with ~13 mm back-focus cameras to be used with the Baader UFC on the RASA 8".
The adaptor has female M87 threads to securely attach to the RASA 8 lens cell assembly housing. The camera side of the adaptor features Baader's S70 dovetail for secure fitment into the body of the UFC Base.
