Received my Benro A2970F Tripod within a couple of days of ordering - very impressed! As this is to be a Xmas present I could not spend to much time inspecting it before it was wrapped. However I did manage to asses it s functionality and have to say this is a very good piece of kit for the keen photographer -highly recommended!
I was undecided between the Benro A2970 and Manfrotto 055XPROB until I saw a review of both on YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OiqD7v9mKPY . Then when I saw the price of the Benro on Microglobe the decision was made even easier.
I ordered the tripod on the Thursday and it arrived at lunch time on the Friday!! My only regret is that I didn t buy the BH-1 head at the same time. That too was much cheaper on Microglobe than elsewhere but I ended up paying for postage again.
Excellent customer service too though there was an issue with the contact us form on the web site. I recommend ringing if you have any issues; they seem a friendly bunch and are very helpful.
Well made and well designed tripod. It is extremely stable in normal positions and has an especially flexible range of positions available as well.Not very heavy to carry.It s highly recommended ..I loved it!

Well the price was really good but the communication was not very fast! Shipping days to Greece was 7 work days instead of 5!
Some delay in getting product into stock but service prompt and helpful. The tripod completely lives up to expectations - really solid and the side arm function lets me get close to even very low-growing flowers. Excellent!
