The filters blocks ultraviolet rays which often makes outdoor photographs hazy and indistinct. The filter is slim design, that makes it ideal for use with wide angle lenses in order to prevent vignetting. The filter absorbs UV light from 390nm and under, and reduces bluish cast of daylight. The Marumi filter is very efficient when photographing mountain and marine scenes, where increased haze threatens to make photographs indistinct in colour and clarity. This clear filter provides no additional coloration or contrast and allows to pair with others. |
