This was a present for my son so I cannot give direct feedback on the product itself.
I can however congratulate you on fantastic customer service.
I called to ask how long the tracker would take to arrive as I needed to post it to Canada.
as the original product ordered was not readily available I was offered another more expensive one with £10 off plus tracked next day delivery.
the product arrived promptly. Many Thanks for such dynamic and flexible service.Other companies would do well to adopt your can do attitude.
