8-40x60 Spotting Scope:
Bushnell Elite Tactical LMSS 8-40x60 Spotting Scope is a lightweight and
durable spotting scope that is ideal for intermediate to long-range
observations. It combines high-transmission optics with a nitrogen-filled
aluminum housing to deliver reliable imaging performance in low light and wet
conditions. The fully multi-coated optics and BAK4 prism with anti-reflective
properties assure the maximum light transmission and deliver bright, crisp
images in the widest range of viewing conditions. It features extra low
dispersion (ED) glass elements that minimize chromatic aberration and maximizes
the light gathering ability of the lens system.
With 8-40x zooming magnification provides a detailed view of the far away
objects with clarity. The long 30mm
eye relief and twist-up rubber eyecup makes it comfortable for long-duration
viewing. A rubber-armored body also provides the scope with a non-slip grip that
enhances the observer's grip in the rain or when wearing gloves. Performance of
the LMSS exposed lens surfaces are finished with Bushnell's proprietary
RainGuard HD lens coating. RainGuard HD prevents moisture from sticking to the
objective and ocular surfaces, meaning clearer views and less cleaning of lens
surfaces. For long observation it can be mounted on
tripod with the help of integrated tripod socket.
