The Cobra Optics 5mm IR Filter Sheet is a high quality, semi-covert infrared filter that operates at approximately 830nm. Night vision scopes are sensitive in the near infrared spectrum (700-1000nm), the use of this filter in front of a white light source will enhance scope performance in very low light/total darkness.
Given the peak output range of the filter which is optimised to Gen 1, Gen Super/CF-Super and Gen 2 series night vision scopes, there will be some visible red glow from any light source to which it is attached. Filter can be easily cut to size.
