The Rapid-Release Binocular Tripod Adapter from Field Optics is a swift solution for frequent binocular users. The receiver nut screws onto the binocular. When the adapter is excluded, the nut remains nuzzled between the optical tubes. Additional receiver nuts are available separately for those who use multiple binoculars for quick swaps without the need to remove and mount multiple adapters.

The main part of the adapter is implemented with a standard 1/4"-20 tripod socket for use on a variety of tripods and heads and no QR plates required. The adapter is made of a lightweight and long-lasting aluminium alloy with a scratch and corrosion-resistant anodised finish.
