Use this position for lenses in the 35mm to 70mm range. Hoya Multi Hood at the Tele position. Hoya 62mm Lens Hood is used on lenses with a focal length of 70mm or more. Some experimentation will be required. Different lens designs and film or Capture devices sizes may require you to use the hood at other then the positions suggested
