The coatings of the Hoya 82mm CIR-PL HD Nano Filter is the hardest, stain & scratch-resistant coating. The HD nano-coating is 200% harder than the standard coatings to increase durability protection. Features 16 layer ultra-smooth and hard nano-coating render reflection-free images. This filter's high-transparency polarising film has 25% better light transmission for nearly 1/2 stop more light than standard polarising filter while improving contrast and clarity without sacrificing the image quality.

The CIR-PL HD Nano filter eliminates unwanted reflections from non-metallic surfaces such as glass & water also the light that is reflected off pollution and moisture in the atmosphere. These highlights greatly assist in delivering beautiful deep blue-sky images. The filter also minimises reflections, yields greener foliage in the scenery and better contrast and sharpness in your captured images. The HOYA HD nano-coating has superior water and oil repellent coating, which makes the maintenance of the filter easy and quick.
