Hoya 82m Pro ND16 Neutral Density Filter is a lightweight and durable filter

HD DSLR video-graphy. The filter helps to create a dynamic expression via a long
exposure or to prevent blown out highlights caused by over exposure. This is
solid neutral density filter that enables a 4-stops increase in exposure. The
filter with optical density creates a darkening of the entire image and allowing
