My Nikon 10x40 Action VII Binoculars arrived very quickly service and information was second to none. Unfortunately I had to return the binoculars as I found that the field of view was not as large as I had expected. Until I enquired if the binoculars had in fact arrived back at Microglobe there was no communication which I thought was odd as when I initially ordered the item communication was really good.
