Nikon Field Scope 82 Prostaff 5 Straight Spotting Scope Body: Nikon Field Scope 82 Prostaff 5 Straight Spotting Scope Body is a lightweight, compact and ergonomic design. All lenses and prisms are multilayer coated that boost light transmission and glare reduction for getting brighter, clear images free of glare and flare. It is purged with nitrogen gas to resist fog and also water proof (submersible up to 1m for 10 minutes) due to its O-Ring seal to perform well in any kind of weather condition. The large size 82mm objective lenses increases light transmission and offers viewing even in low light conditions. The two mounting screws holes of the body are provided for stable mounting on a tripod adjustable for use with or without a digiscoping system. The Bayonet-type eyepiece mount with locking system enables quicker and more secure eyepiece connections. This spotting scope had a lead and arsenic-free eco-glass. The newly developed eyepiece lens minimizes colour aberration at the edge of the field of view and offer long eye relief. The eyepiece lenses for spotting scope RAIII series are compatible with the new PORSTAFF 5 field scope main body. Its long eye-relief makes these binocular ideal for both with and without spectacle users.
