Nikon Prostaff 5 16-48x60 Spotting Scope (Angled Viewing): Nikon Prostaff 5 16-48x60 Spotting Scope is a lightweight, compact and smooth ergonomic design spotting scope which is ideal choice for weekend warriors and dedicated nature observers. The BAK-4 prism glass with multi-coated anti-reflective properties assure the maximum light transmission and deliver bright, crisp images in the widest range of viewing conditions. Its 16-48x moderate range magnification is well suited for general viewing. The large size 60mm objective lenses increases light transmission and offers viewing even in low light conditions. It is purged with nitrogen to resist internal fogging and also water proof to 3.3 feet for 10 minutes due to its O-Ring seal to perform well in all kind of weather climates. The angled eyepiece allows longer stress free viewing sessions with a more comfortable view of targets near the zenith. The long 16.5mm long eye relief design offered viewer to see entire 136.2ft field of view clearly for with and without glasses users. There is a built-in sliding sunshade for protection from excessive glare or rain drops on the objective. The eyepiece connection is secure due to Bayonet-type eyepiece mount with locking system.
