Thanks to versatility and affordability, the Pentax DA 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 AL WR zoom lens is recommended for a wide range of application from indoor pictures, portraits, and landscapes to family photos and other general situations.

The lens body is made of high quality plastics based on a metal mount and both the zoom and focus ring have a rubber coating and operate smoothly. Thanks to a high-performance aspherical (AL) optical element and a super-low-dispersion glass optical element in its optics, the Pentax DA 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 AL WR zoom lens guarantees exceptional image resolution and incredible brightness, even at the edges, while effectively compensating various spherical aberration.

The unique Quick-Shift Focus system allows the photographer to instantly switch to manual-focus operation for final pinpoint focus adjustment. The lens feature Pentax original SP (Super Protect) coating that repels dust, water and grease and is weather resistant to handle damp, rain, fog and mist conditions.

    First and foremost this is an absolutely brilliant company! Admittedly I was wary of purchasing anything from Microglobe as the prices are drastically lower than everywhere else BUT the camera lens is perfect! It arrived the day after I ordered it. It came well packaged boxed and everything works as it should :
    I recommend Microglobe to everyone and I would go so far as to say it truly is one of the best camera equipment shops ever so thankyou Microglobe!
